Rooms are to be booked directly with the Best Western Glengarry Hotel, 1-800-567-4276 
(Or other establishments of your choice) 

Room Rates: $110.00 (two persons – one bed or $120.00 for two beds) for a one night stay, or 
$93.00 (two persons – per night for a two or more night stay). Additional persons in a room -$12.00 
per person per night. If bookings are made for two nights but you stay only one night you will be 
charged the one night rate. Reserve directly with the hotel not later than April 6, 2010 when 
making your booking indicate you are with Grand Council/Grand Chapter to ensure the above 
rate. 

All functions except the ladies tour on Saturday will take place at the Hotel.
